LIQUID IS A YEAR OLD
Liquid Communication Systems, LLC celebrates its first anniversary on April 7, 2002. Liquid is a Raleigh-based software company specializing in business communications. Currently, Liquid is developing an instant messaging application (MIMS) intended for small to medium-sized businesses. MIMS is now in beta testing stages, due for full release June 3.
Founded by students at North Carolina State University, a Wake Forest graduate and a group of angel investors, Liquid?s mission statement reads, ?Liquid Communication Systems will strive to understand and solve the unique problems of the customer. First, we will deliver solutions of the highest quality on time. Second, we will create products and value by following through on ideas and understanding how to use the free flow of information. Finally, we will grow, remaining mobile and receptive, able to compete in a demanding marketplace.? Liquid is committed to adapting to and utilizing emerging technologies to create business communication solutions.
Hayes Davis, President and CEO expects big things from Liquid. ?There are two things that are really going to make our company successful,? he said. ?Number one, we are young and innovative; we?re not stuck thinking any one way about how to make great products. And number two, we?ve got a tremendous group of people all working to create products that will meet our customer?s communication needs for years to come. We?re extremely proud of what we?ve done in the last year and it?s only going to get better.?
