Licensing
We license Effusia on a concurrent user basis. You buy enough licenses for the users online at one time. With Effusia you pay only for users using the application, not for expensive "seat licenses" for everyone in your organization.
Additional Licenses
As your business grows Effusia Business Messenger can grow with you. If you are a customer and need to buy additional licenses we can help. Whether you are adding a few new employees or opening a satellite office we'll provide you extra licenses at a great discount. As a customer we offer you extra licenses at the discounted per user price of your original Effusia license purchase. Maintenance
We offer ongoing support for customers that purchase our maintenance plans. As a maintenance customer, you'll receive free upgrades of Effusia, phone/email support and access to beta versions of Liquid products. You may review the Effusia Business Messenger maintenance contract here. Support for non-maintenance customers is $75 per incident.
